How do I browse the catalog?

Visit our Catalog page to see all available crystal products. Each product shows the wholesale price, suggested retail range, and crystal size.

How do I place an order without creating an account?

You can place an order as a guest — no account required. Simply go to the Order page, add your desired products, fill in your contact information, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation with your order number.

What is the R-1064 form and what if I don't have it?

The Louisiana Resale Certificate (Form R-1064) is a document from the Louisiana Department of Revenue that certifies you are purchasing items for resale. If you don't have it handy when ordering, that's fine — leave it blank and submit your order. We'll follow up before processing.

What if I'm ordering from outside Louisiana?

We welcome wholesale buyers from any state. When you enter your business state on the order form, the resale certificate section will update to show what's needed for your state. You can upload your state's resale or tax exemption certificate, or enter your certificate number. If you're unsure what to provide, just leave it blank and we'll follow up.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account lets you view your order history, reorder with one click, save your contact information for faster checkout, and track the status of your orders. It's optional but convenient for repeat buyers.

How do I reorder using my order history?

Log in to your Account Dashboard and find the order you'd like to repeat. Click the "Reorder" button and we'll pre-populate your order form with the same products. If any items are no longer available, we'll let you know.

How do I request a custom product?

Visit the Custom Quote page, describe what you're looking for, and optionally upload a reference image. We'll review your request and get back to you with pricing and a timeline.

What happens after I submit an order?

You'll see a confirmation page with your order number and receive a confirmation email. We'll review your order and reach out if we have any questions. Production happens on weekends, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for delivery or shipment.
